So how long should I be able to keep commercially produced beer (Corona, SweetWater) in my fridge before I should throw it out? I have some stuff which has been in my 'fridge for at least a year, and it seems to be okay. But I'm no connoissuer. I have no discerning pallette for this sort of thing, and am wondering if there's a general timeline for these things...

Mon, December 31, 2007 - 6:59 PMcorona straight from the shop makes GREAT skeet IMHO.
Kidding and jabs aside, most caps exchange Co2 for O2 and the
beer oxidizes. The worst thing that can happen is that your
mass produced beer will become flavorless , heh.
If you still consider it good tasting, then have fun.

Actually refrigerated it should be no more undrinkable than when you got it unless it has been exposed to light.
OTOH I personally find Corona, Heineken, Mass produced American beers (light yellow corn adulterated piss water)
to be not worth drinking. I have never heard of Sweetwater . -

If it tastes fine, then it is fine. Share and get it out of the fridge so you have room for some fresh stuff.
